Activity Day at Sutton’s New Community Farm

The Big Balsam Blitz

11am–5pm The Wandle Trust and the Friends of Beddington Park are going to try and pull up as much Himalayan Balsam from the banks of the river Wandle as we can. Come and help us build a Mount Everest of balsam by the end of the weekend. Meet at Richmond Green, opposite Lavington Road.

Honeywood Museum

Children, pretend you are on ‘Time Team’ by digging up the past in our archaeology boxes. Take the archaeologist’s challenge and piece together an object, plus other archaeological activities.

Drop in crafts throughout the weekend including make funky frogs, racing fish, model paper mills, exotic fish, printing on fabric, painting by the ponds, trails and more!
